About the Role

As a Sales and Services Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the company’s revenue growth by managing inbound leads, closing sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands a strong sales-oriented mindset, proven sales results, and the ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment. You will build trust and confidence with clients through bespoke and engaging communication, ensuring seamless service delivery while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable Moving, Storage, Packing, and Cleaning services to drive conversions.
  • Use persuasive sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Deliver bespoke and natural communication to create trust and provide a tailored customer experience.

Lead Management & CRM

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups and interactions.
  • Actively track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing efforts and operational processes.
  • Resolve customer concerns or objections effectively to ensure satisfaction and close deals efficiently.

Appointment Scheduling

  • Coordinate with service providers for seamless appointment scheduling on behalf of customers.

Feedback Integration & Process Improvements

  • Gather and integrate customer feedback to refine service offerings and improve sales processes.
  • Suggest enhancements to sales and customer service strategies to boost performance and efficiency.

Other Responsibilities

  • Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You
