Currently, we are looking for two Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to join our team either in Finland (Helsinki) or Poland (Wroclaw or Poznan). One of the positions is permanent, another one is fixed term parental leave substitute.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by identifying, attracting and hiring exceptional talent. You will work closely with hiring managers across Europe to understand their needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you will manage everything from role scoping and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding handovers.

You will be responsible for building strong, sustainable pipelines of candidates across a variety of roles, with a particular focus on technical and cloud-related positions. Your ability to engage with both active and passive candidates will be key, as will your understanding of the competitive tech talent landscape. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient, inclusive and aligned with our values. You might also lead specific projects or initiatives aligned to both, company objectives and your professional growth. Your Collaboration with the wider Talent Acquisition and People team will be essential, particularly in areas such as employer branding, data-driven hiring, and candidate & employee experience.

Your key responsibilities at a glance

  • Partner with hiring managers and Business leaders to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings, sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, especially for hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Use proactive sourcing techniques to engage with passive talent.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and candidate-centric recruitment experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

What you will bring with you

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a mix of in-house and agency/headhunting experience.
  • Proven success hiring for technical roles in cloud computing & consulting, or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Deep understanding of the tech talent market and ability to assess technical competencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics.
  • Proactive, independent, adaptable and results-oriented with a passion for talent and growth.
  • Fluent in English and Finnish or Polish; additional languages are a plus.
