Role responsibilities:
Implement and execute short and long-term action plans including business activities, programs, tools (ways of communication), budgets, bring expected quarterly and yearly targets for defined KPIs;
Securing on time detailing priorities and high-quality detailing content for Sales Department in cooperation with Marketing;
Present financial acumen to track all spending, projects ROI and ways of investment.
Excellent co-operation with Sales Department and COMMEX to secure best in class execution of expert strategy and action plans;
Strong collaboration with CEE BU and Local Marketing, Medical Department and Regulatory to deliver best-in class educational materials for external and internal purposes.
Reaching HCP to support activities, such as webinars, regional and national conferences, participation in customer events etc.
Developing tools and ways of reaching HCP and promoting internally and externally (like digital webinars, podcasts, online trainings to gather soft and hard points)
Promoting Haleon brands expertise in Sales Department via providing regular trainings (both merits: HaleonAcademy, detailing, new products and on new tools: remote visit, highp); regular online tests of merit knowledge to ensure high & constant level of product knowledge.
On-going monitoring of all spendings and ways of investment.
Managing budget and assets (samples) in the most efficient way securing the highest possible ROI;
Secure all policies, full compliance.

About the Role
This role is part of the Education Specialist team, reporting to the Poland Expert Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving HCP recommendations for Haleon brands by supporting the delivery and execution of educational and promotional activities in alignment with brand expert strategies. You will choose the right tools to reach HCPs and embed the education process within all commercial functions. Additionally, you will support the preparation of activities that effectively drive competitive advantage and enhance Haleon's market position. An important aspect of this position is the ongoing tracking of trends, market development, and spending control.
