The role

A senior position within the sales team, focused on supporting the continued growth of a leading platform in the recruitment space. Youll sell into recruitment agencies, managing your own deals from first contact through to close.

  • Owning the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contract
  • Delivering tailored product demos
  • Prospecting and building your own pipeline
  • Forecasting accurately and updating CRM regularly
  • Helping improve internal sales processes
  • Handover new clients smoothly to onboarding
  • Creating your own territory mapping and target lists
  • Managing key partnerships and building strong relationships

What you'll need

  • SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR or recruitment-related tech
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, RMS or Payments software is a big plus
  • A consultative approach solving real hiring problems
  • Strong empathy genuinely care about improving how customers work
  • A fast learner new features roll out weekly
  • A strong storyteller can explain solutions with real-life examples that land
