- Lead early-stage exploratory calls with external stakeholders, asking thoughtful questions and summarizing key takeaways
- Prepare the CEO for meetings with research, briefing notes, and key stakeholders
- Manage high-level communication and asynchronous input using modern tools, turning scattered input into structured tasks or updates
- Own or co-own the CEOs inbox, calendar, and workflow with precision, ensuring time aligns with priorities
- Maintain and evolve the executive summary to drive clarity, alignment, and follow-through
- Drive key initiatives by coordinating across departments, resolving open loops, and ensuring follow-through
- Create or oversee documentation and scalable systems to support clarity and consistency across executive operations
- Support internal operations and help grow a high-performing executive support function
- Provide limited personal support to the CEO and spouse when needed, using discretion and judgment
Were looking for someone with strong foresight who anticipates needs, surfaces priorities early, and sees around corners to keep the CEO focused on what matters most.
