ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Senior Talent Manager with strong experience in freelance and contractor recruitment lo lead and scale our external workforce hiring. This role is ideal for someone with solid recruitment operations experience who thruves in fast-paced, high volume environment and is confident working in high complex and demanding projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals focused on hiring freelancers and independant contractors.
- Drive high-volume hiring (10,000 to 12,000 hires anually) across multiple projects and regions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Lead the recruitment planning, sourcing strategy, and process optimisation for contingency workforce.
- Report on hiring performance, team productivity and project progression.
- Ensure quality of hire and efficient time-to-fill metrics.
- Partner with legal and compliance to support freelance hiring best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing talent teams.
- Proven track record in high-volume talent acquistion.
- Solid background in recruitment and talent acquisition - Not HR.
- Experience hiring freelancers, contractors, and flexible workforce models is a must.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commercial vision.
- Ability to manage pressure and prioritise in fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable with recruitment tools, ATS, and reporting dashboards.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working in international or multinational markets.
- Exposure to the AI Services industry.
- Multilingual background.
