WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM 

You'll report directly to a Director within the Commercial NPS Prism team. Your role will involve supporting the sales process, collaborating with Commercial team members, Marketing leaders, and Bain Partners. This role is crucial for advancing our sales goals and operations, focusing on creating impactful sales collateral, conducting targeted outreach, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support to our Commercial Directors and maintain up-to-date sales data in our CRM system. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Sales Support: Provide crucial administrative support to the Commercial Directors by sending follow-up emails, scheduling demo meetings, and managing sales documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity and pipeline data in our CRM system. Ensure the Bain partner is kept informed of sales activity in key accounts for effective management. 

Targeted Outreach: Conduct strategic outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media. Assist in developing a pipeline of new business opportunities targeting organizations that aim to improve their customer experience. 

Lead Nurturing: In coordination with Commercial Directions, guide leads through the sales funnel, from initial engagement to successful conversion. Implement strategies to engage and retain prospects, ensuring alignment with NPS Prism’s mission to deliver customer-centric solutions. 

Sales Collateral Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team and Commercial Directors to develop and tailor high-impact sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and proposals. Ensure these materials effectively showcase NPS Prism’s innovative solutions and align with our brand messaging. 

Performance Tracking: Within HubSpot, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts. Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve sales strategies. 

ABOUT YOU: 

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales operations or sales support role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, ideally within the customer experience or SaaS industry. 

Skills: Demonstrated ability to execute successful outreach strategies and provide sales support to Commercial leaders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, lead nurturing, and sales funnel management. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is essential. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 

Attributes: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
