Who We're Looking For 

As Manager, Website Development & Martech at Marketbridge, your primary responsibility will be to optimize, maintain, and build the company’s website. Over time, this role will expand to include managing the marketing technology stack and data operations to enhance digital engagement and drive pipeline growth. Working within the Corporate Marketing Team and supporting cross-practice needs, you will oversee site performance, lead capture, and marketing automation, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing demand and sales efforts. This position is ideal for a technical marketer with strong website management expertise who is eager to grow their skills in marketing automation, operations, and workflows. This position is open to residents of Canada. 

Responsibilities 

Website Management & Optimization 

  • Lead scalable, responsive website development and maintenance 

  • Manage site ops (publishing, performance) and use analytics to drive improvements. 

  • Collaborate on SEO, UX, and landing pages to optimize structure and improve conversions. 

  • Own UI/UX, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness, with design input as needed. 

Martech & Automation 

  • Oversee HubSpot and CRM integration to ensure smooth lead flow, data integrity, and marketing-sales alignment. 

  • Scale marketing efficiency with new tools, automation, and personalization. 

  • Build lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows in partnership with the marketing team. 

  • Monitor email performance and ensure compliance. 

Data & Reporting 

  • Maintain clean, compliant, and segmented marketing data with documented governance. 

  • Manage workflows to ensure data accuracy and effective handoff. 

  • Maintain dashboards to track KPIs, campaign performance, and attribution. 
     

Qualifications 

  • Strong CMS (WordPress preferred, WIX a plus), HTML/CSS, and web performance expertise. 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in website development 

  • Google Analytics proficiency preferred; experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other web performance tools is a plus 

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics). 

  • Technical problem-solver with autonomy and ownership. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development/design, and/or marketing is a plus

We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary range for this role is $85,000-105,000 CAD with an eligible annual bonus of 10%.
