Maintain attorney calendars, track critical timelines, and coordinate travel or meetings.
Manage incoming calls and emails; direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
Assist with day-to-day office operations to maintain a smooth, supportive environment.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Legal Studies, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a legal or administrative role—experience in veterans’ advocacy or DVA context is a plus.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, legal document software, and electronic filing systems.
Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in client interactions.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
