Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
1. Delivery Management & Execution
Lead and oversee the end-to-end technical delivery
Define and implement delivery roadmaps, timelines, and milestones in alignment with business objectives.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software releases by enforcing best practices.
Drive modernization efforts, ensuring smooth integration of Angular and Spring Boot with existing systems.
2. Technical Oversight & Governance
Ensure architectural consistency across teams, aligning with best practices for Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Work closely with Architects and Development Leads to define and enforce technical standards.
Provide strategic input on scalability, performance optimization, and technical debt management.
Collaborate with QA Practice Lead to ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance.
3. Agile & Scrum Leadership
Drive Agile adoption across teams, ensuring alignment with Scrum best practices.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to improve team efficiency.
Act as a bridge between development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
4. Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with engineering managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Set clear expectations, establish accountability, and drive a culture of collaboration and ownership.
Communicate progress, challenges, and risks effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
5. Process Optimization & Tooling
Improve CI/CD pipelines and delivery processes using Azure DevOps.
Ensure effective version control and branching strategies with Git.
Identify and introduce process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
Strong technical understanding of Java, MS SQL Server, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.
Experience with modern web technologies (Angular, React, or similar frameworks).
Hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of leading large-scale product deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution.
