Job description

Job Description:

The Alliance Operations Manager is responsible for supporting operational needs for some of our Strategic and Foundational Alliance partnerships. You will support the productivity and effectiveness of our Alliance teams and programs to increase the growth of our Alliance business in the Americas region. This Manager also works with partners to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities enabled within the sales organization are supported.

You Will:

  • Drive/administer operational support for Foundational Alliances such as:
    • Track and manage the deal registration / MDF / Co-Op funding /referral fees
    • Act as one of the admins in multiple partner portals and monitor main metrics driving partner tiering within the program to proactively manage our standing with the Partners
    • Collaborate with the broader Growth Operations team to produce ongoing reports and insights related to Alliance relationships, and leverage L&D reporting on certifications
    • Support Foundational Partner Lead with reporting for executive business reviews
    • Troubleshoot ad hoc requests to support the internal Alliance teams
    • Communicate with external Partner Managers as needed to support efforts above
  • Routine review of partner revenue tagging within the CRM data to ensure accuracy maintained for regular Alliance reports
  • Actively manage the Partner Contact data in the CRM, with support from Alliance Partner Managers, to ensure accurate information is available to support Partner Marketing “market with” & “market to” efforts
  • Act as Admin for the Crossbeam tool by managing data populations/uploads and provide enablement for license holders
  • Support Growth Operations with maintenance of training materials & enablement for internal Alliance Partner Managers

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience working in sales, business or marketing operations, or business management
  • Expertise in working in a partner ecosystem, specifically related to technology services of partner software / platforms
  • Knowledge of partner technologies
  • Experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales process
  • Define, refine and implement sales procedures
  • Proficiency in resolving problems of all levels of complexity, prioritizing important client issues and identifying department needs

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
