To support and drive Kramp’s ongoing transformation—and to become a preferred employer across our markets—we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Process Optimization Specialist.

The mission of this role is to align Kramp’s long-term business goals with HR Service Delivery model and translating this into impactful programs. You will serve as a vital link between our local HR teams across five European clusters and our global HR Business team.  

The role

Kramp Group’s HR organization is built around strategic HR Business Partnering and strong global Centers of Expertise, one of which is HR Service Delivery. Service delivery details the way HR services are delivered to the Kramp organization in terms of end to end processes. In this senior role, you will translate the vision & direction for this topic into system, tooling and delivery. Key focus areas are clarity on global versus local processes, systems and increased effectiveness and efficiency, and user experience.  

 

Your specific tasks include:   

  • Analyze and identify opportunities to improve HR processes, practices, and procedures using prescribed methodologies. 

  • Deliver projects within the  established HR Service Delivery program  using business performance metrics involving identification, development, and tracking of key performance indicators. 

  • Analyse business processes and develop software tools that automate routine tasks, increases efficiency and boosts employee experience  

  • Develop policies and processes, create best practices, set up case studies, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions to capture and share improvements 

  • Business Process / Model Rethink, Design and execute methodologies to analyze and identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures, uncovering opportunities for innovation.  

Who are you? 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional who embodies the following qualities:  

  • HR Expertise: a seasoned HR Professional with strong knowledge of multiple HR systems, proven track record in creating and maintaining high service delivery standards. 

  • Result-oriented: a smart, process-driven specialist who is able to dive into details to  deliver tangible outcomes.  

  • Connector: an excellent communicator who connects with stakeholders on multiple levels in the organization, able to establish trusting relationships  

  • Hands-on, able to deliver in time, keeping agreements. Someone who strives for high quality with pragmatic implementation power.  

  • Bachelor level preferably in the directions: HRM, Technology Business
