About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering, product, and technical teams with world-class talent.

This person will be responsible for managing open requisitions, sourcing great talent and successfully filling positions. The position holder will develop a deep knowledge of the skills required for the open requisitions they are working on and build an expert knowledge of the local markets. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across Engineering, Product infrastructure, ML and Hardware engineering.
  •  Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand workforce needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions. 
  • Establish regular updates and data on hiring progress and challenges to constantly improves talent acquisition services. 
  • Identifies and manages talent pools for current and future positions. Uses resources effectively to manage talent pipelines across various functions and geographies.  
  • Use market intelligence and data-driven approaches to forecast and meet future talent needs. 
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, and guide them through the interview process.
  • Manage and improve interview workflows, feedback processes, and candidate experience.
  • Provide data-driven insights, regularly reporting on pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred – any discipline. 
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced tech/startup environment.
  • 3+ years on Senior Recruiter role, partnering Tech Leaders.
  • Proven ability to recruit for a range of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, SREs, product managers).
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence and guide hiring managers at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for technology and understanding of technical concepts, trends, and terminology
