About the Role

As Director of Sales at iRely, you’ll be a strategic force behind our growth in the ERP software market. You’ll lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and guiding complex sales from introduction to close. This is a high-impact sales role ideal for a results-driven professional with experience selling ERP or SaaS solutions into enterprise accounts. You’ll be shaping strategy, enabling key deals, and connecting customers with solutions that transform their businesses, within the agriculture industry.

Job Summary

  • Drive new business development through proactive lead generation, pipeline management, and deal execution
  • Build and implement strategies to prioritize, target, and close key enterprise accounts
  • Partner with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment across the sales cycle
  • Present iRely’s ERP solutions to C-level executives, focusing on ROI, efficiency gains, and long-term value
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasting through CRM and GL tools
  • Lead strategic account planning for both new and existing clients
  • Represent iRely at industry events, conventions, and trade shows
  • Leverage internal teams and partner networks to scale demand and grow market reach

What We're Looking For

  • 7 to 10+ years of proven sales success in ERP, SaaS or related software products required.
  • Understanding of commodity markets
  • Strong background in financial or accounting
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software functionality and implementation
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate with C-level stakeholders
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive, fast-paced environments
  • Experience with subscription-based models, renewals, and expansion strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales planning and execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%+ to client meetings and industry events
  • Experience working with Software Product and Implementation teams,
  • Experience in the agriculture or commodity sector is a strong plus
