Position Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Short-Form Video Editor to turn live Zoom recordings, team calls, and client interviews into engaging, high-quality content for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You'll work with raw video files, branded templates, and clear direction to craft content that connects with business-savvy audiences. Quick turnarounds, good judgment, and a strong creative eye are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit short-form video content from existing Zoom recordings and raw footage.
Apply brand guidelines, templates, and subtitle styles consistently.
Export content optimized for social channels (vertical, platform-specific specs).
Add subtitles (manually or via tools like Descript/CapCut).
Select strong soundbites with minimal guidance.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand tone and quality.
Meet 1-3-day turnaround deadlines per asset.
