HRIS Specialist

  • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
  • Work Type: Onsite
  • Working Days: Mon to Fri

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

- Several years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnerships.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.

- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.

2. Employee Relations

- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters.

- Handle complex employee issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

- Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of open communication.

3. Talent Management

 - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and contribute to recruitment strategies.

 - Support the talent acquisition process, including interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

 - Work on succession planning, talent development, and career pathing.

4. Performance Management

 - Collaborate with leaders to establish performance goals and ensure performance management processes are effective.

 - Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.

5. Training and Development

 - Identify training needs within the business and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.

 - Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs.

6. Compensation and Benefits

 - Provide guidance on compensation strategies, including salary benchmarking and incentive programs.

 - Collaborate with benefits administrators to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.

7. HR Metrics and Reporting

 - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

 - Prepare regular reports for management on key HR indicators.

8. Legal Compliance

 - Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.

 - Work with legal counsel as needed to address employment-related legal matters.

9. Change Management

 - Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication and helping employees adapt to changes.
