After Sales Manager

Our client is an official dealer and after sales service provider of luxury cars

Work Location: Bangkok

Artemis is now seeking for After Sales Manager with at least 8 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

·         Reporting to the Managing Director

·         Responsible for budget, business plan and controlling expenses.

·         To solve technical problems and maintain excellent relationships with customers which leads to customer satisfaction.

·         Controlling manpower.

·         Create aftersales activities such as warranty, spare parts

·         In charge of in-house training (non-technical training) for aftersales staffs.

·         To increase company productivity.

Qualifications

·         Thai Nationality

·         At least 8 years of working experience in after sales operations

·         At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering or related field

·         Experienced working with luxury European cars companies is preferred

·         Good customer service attitude, sense of responsibility and self-motivator

·         Excellent Business, analytical and financial skills

·         Good English communication skills

·         Able to work Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 6.00pm
