Artemis is now seeking for After Sales\nManager with at least 8 years of working experience.
Responsibilities
· \nReporting to the Managing Director
· \nResponsible for budget, business plan and controlling\nexpenses.
· \nTo solve technical problems and maintain\nexcellent relationships with customers which leads to customer satisfaction.
· \nControlling manpower.
· \nCreate aftersales activities such as warranty, spare\nparts
· \nIn charge of in-house training (non-technical\ntraining) for aftersales staffs.
· \nTo increase company productivity.
Qualifications
· \nThai Nationality
· \nAt least 8 years of working experience in after\nsales operations
· \nAt least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business\nManagement, Economics, Engineering or related field
· \nExperienced working with luxury European cars companies\nis preferred
· \nGood customer service attitude, sense of\nresponsibility and self-motivator
· \nExcellent Business, analytical and financial\nskills
· \nGood English communication skills
· \nAble to work Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 6.00pm\n

· Good English communication skills
