Job description

Job Roles .

  • Support sales team in after-sales service and fulfillment
  • Prepare documentation for domestic and overseas shipment
  • Communicate with forwarders and liners on shipment issues
  • Monitor and follow up on shipment progress
  • Handle quotations, orders, customer inquiries
