  • Client Base: Recruiting Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) for UK-based healthcare organizations

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening Identify, engage, and qualify healthcare professionals (AHPs) through various sourcing channels.
Client & Candidate Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and UK-based healthcare clients.
End-to-End Recruitment Process Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
Compliance & Documentation Ensure candidates meet UK regulatory and compliance standards, including visa requirements and licensing.
Database & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and recruitment activities.
Sales & Business Development Develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Market Research & Strategy Stay informed about UK healthcare recruitment trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Education: A relevant degree or diploma is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or international recruitment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
