Roles and Responsibilities

Business development
Reviewing applications, managing interviews and considers Candidates and shortlists
Negotiating fees with Clients
Clarifying and negotiating salary and benefits relating to the role
Establish relationships with existing clients
Headhunting, identify and approach suitable candidates
Use marketing and business knowledge to establish new clients
Place adverts on various job portals

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 5 years recruitment industry experience within the engineering and mining sector
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently
Be eager to learn and handle
