The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:

Process supplier invoices, ensuring that they are coded correctly, matched with relevant purchase order numbers and approved internally as per internal procedures
Deal with any supplier queries and ensure they are resolved accurately and in a timely fashion
Reconcile supplier statements
Assist the accounts department with month end close

In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following information contained within your experience to date on your CV:

Have a minimum of one years' experience working in accounts payable
Excellent organisational skills and a strong numeric ability
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Have an ability to work to deadlines successfully
