About the Job: 

As the Manager ICT Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the ICT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the company's technological capabilities. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to support business goals & objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain the company's ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
  • Develop and implement ICT policies, procedures & best practices.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT systems & applictions.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training & suport.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations & standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate ICT system performance, implementing improvements as necessary. 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors & service providers.
  • Plan and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Maintain AMCs/SLAs for critical IT equipment and services and manage relationships with Vendors, ensuring contracts and service levels are negotiated in line with strategic aims, financial constraints. 
  • Identify CAPEX & OPEX expenses for annual budgeting requirements & identify cost reduction options.
  • Manage centralized cloud infrastructure to ensure continuous support for critical business systems and plan and carry out maintenance, backups & disaster recovery exercises.

Requirements: 

  • Strong knowledge & experience in Microsoft O365 & Azure cloud
  • Hands on Experience in CCTV Infrastructure, Access Control, loT device.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in ICT operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing ICT infrastructure including hardware, software, network, and security systems.
