Geriatrics LPN

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and progress.
  
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  
• Provide wound care and manage catheters or feeding tubes as needed.
  
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients.
  

Qualifications:

• Valid and active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  
• Minimum of 1-year experience working in a healthcare setting.
  
• CPR/BLS certification required.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
