Your Tasks
\n- Developing a solid working knowledge of our products and the benefits they provide to potential customers and partners
- Handling incoming queries and establishing initial client relationships through a variety of channels (company website, LinkedIn, phone, email, etc)
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
- Handing overqualified leads to the Account Executive team for further sales efforts towards closing the opportunity/deal
- Working with a CRM system and keeping the information and activity flows up to date
