Requirements

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have the following experience:

4+ years project delivery experience
Strong functional background and understanding of salesforce.com, Force.com and CRM in general
Experience in presales, proposals and estimation
Demonstrated experience in Stakeholder management and project delivery
An understanding of modern workplace delivery frameworks
Exceptional consulting, client engagement, communication and presentation skills
An ability to create and maintain a high level of written communication, artifacts and documentation
A consulting mindset, an Independent thinker and strong problem solver with exceptional analytical skills
A natural leader, self-starter with high initiative and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Strong commercial acumen
A self-managing team player who builds relationships based on trust and works cooperatively.
Ability to manage ambiguity and work comfortably with uncertainty.
