Cronos is seeking a seasoned SAP Solutions Architect to champion SAP S/4 HANA system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives across core business functions production, inventory, logistics, and finance. This hands-on role serves as the go-to SAP expert, ensuring system reliability, identifying process enhancements, and driving business alignment in a hybrid work environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Serve as the internal SAP SME (Subject Matter Expert) for operational support across key modules: PP, MM, EWM, FI, CO, SD, and GRC.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business and IT objectives are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for SAP application support and issue resolution, from frontline user support to root-cause analysis.
Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with business leaders to optimize SAP usage.
Manage relationships with external SAP consultants for enhancements, rollouts, and module implementations.
Lead and track SAP-related projects, defining scope, timelines, stakeholders, and measurable outcomes.
Perform light SAP configuration/customization as needed; oversee and validate third-party developments.
Ensure compliance with GRC protocols and contribute to audit readiness and risk mitigation efforts.
Assess and manage risks associated with the SAP system landscape at Cronos including security and data management.
Stay informed on SAP and industry trends and ensure the IT department remains on the cutting edge of SAP technological advancements.
Deliver training, documentation, and change management support to internal users.
Align SAP strategy with business goals in collaboration with IT and department leadership.
You’ll need to have:
5 + years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience with strong functional knowledge of PP, MM, EWM, and working familiarity with FI/CO, SD, and GRC.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
SAP Certified Application Associate in one or more of the following modules: SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP); SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM); SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM); SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)
SAP GRC Access Control certification or equivalent experience in GRC configuration and compliance support is preferred.
SAP S/4HANA System Administration (Technology Associate) certification is a plus.
Project management or architecture certifications such as: SAP Activate Project Manager, PMP, or TOGAF, is a plus.
Proven track record in vendor management and leading cross-functional SAP initiatives.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms.
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically while balancing business needs and IT capabilities.
Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies, particularly RISE; RPA; AI, and how they can be applied to business operations.
