Job description

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with industry trends, market opportunities, and the company’s vision and goals.
Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and scalable processes, product quality, and timely delivery.

Financial Performance:
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability, ensuring cost-effective management of resources, budgeting, and financial planning.

Innovation and R&D:
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging research and development to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving semiconductor market. Lead initiatives to develop cutting-edge products and technologies.

Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Build strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may affect the company’s performance and sustainability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Talent Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team and workforce, promoting a high-performance culture. Ensure effective succession planning and talent retention.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, maintaining transparent communication with the Board of Directors, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Sustainability and ESG:
  • Drive the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, aligning business practices with sustainable development goals.



Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the semiconductor industry.
Industry Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, and market trends.

Leadership Skills:
  •  Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams and scaling businesses.
Financial Acumen:
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, business development, and P&L management.

Innovative Mindset:
  • A track record of driving innovation and delivering new product developments.

Communication:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.

Global Perspective:
  • Experience in leading a company with a global presence, understanding international markets, and dealing with diverse cultures.
