Our client from Education sector is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts and propel brand to new heights on a global scale. In this strategic role, you will oversee all aspects of international marketing strategy, from website optimisation and SEO to social media management and paid advertising campaigns.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and Execute a Global Marketing Strategy: Craft a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals and drives student acquisition, brand awareness, and market share growth within international markets.
  • Own the International Digital Landscape: Manage and optimise website for a global audience, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximising search engine visibility through effective multilingual SEO strategies.
  • Become an International PPC Pro: Develop and manage targeted Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, tailored for specific international markets to attract qualified leads and generate conversions.
  • Social Media Savvy with an International Focus: Lead the development and execution of engaging social media campaigns that build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and connect with target audience in international markets. This may involve cultural adaptation and platform-specific strategies.
  • Third-Party Expertise: Forge strong relationships with and effectively manage external marketing agencies, ensuring their work aligns with overall international marketing strategy.
  • Embrace International Nuances: Develop a deep understanding of cultural nuances and adapt marketing messaging and strategies to resonate effectively with audiences in different regions.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously stay abreast of industry trends and digital marketing best practices within international markets, implementing innovative strategies to optimise campaign performance and maximise ROI.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage marketing analytics to measure campaign performance across international markets, identify areas for improvement, and make informed data-driven decisions.


Requirements

  • A seasoned marketing professional with experience in a role within the education sector or a related field, with a proven track record of success in international brand building.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles for international markets, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • A strong analytical mind with the ability to translate data insights into actionable international marketing strategies.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies in an international context is a plus.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (but not essential)
  • A passion for education and a strong understanding of the education technology space.
