SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to develop and implement impactful trade campaigns, retail upgrades, and dealer engagement activities that support our business growth. This role will directly influence brand visibility, customer experience, and sales performance.
This role will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor and reporting to Manager – Trade Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the upgrade of our retail network, enhancing dealer outlets with improved shop displays and promotional materials.

  • Develop and execute trade campaigns and dealer promotions—ensuring they are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.

  • Partner with Sales to lead and implement key trade activities such as Master Painter Programs, Painters Night Events, Loyalty Programs so on to support business growth.

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of Jotun Studio and shop image improvement initiatives to ensure its completion and alignment with Jotun’s Corporate Identity standards.

  • Support the launch of new products with tailored marketing materials and on-ground activation plans.

  • Manage trade marketing budgets and vendor coordination—from purchase orders to reporting.

  • Conduct market visits to monitor execution, gather insights, and support dealers on-site.

  • Organize dealer incentive trips and activities that strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing related.

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PPT).
