Job Title : Field Service Engineer (CDM)

Contract: Regular

Location : Busan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Installation, Preventive maintenance (PM) , Corrective Maintenance, and application support for medical devices at customer site and in the Technical Service Room

  • Provide remote service, includin ZEISS Smart Service and phone-based troubleshooting

  • Carry out all service activities following the service manual(procedures) and record on Service reports

  • Be responsible for checking systems and devices to meet technical inspection standard

  • Review and manage received inspection documents

  • Communicate effectively with HQ regarding service cases, inspections, and technical issues

  • Take full ownership of service cases, coordinating with engineering and escalation teams to resolve customer issues effectively

  • Provide technical support for the product installations, demonstration in exhibitions and academic conferences

  • Manage service tool calibration and truck stock (own engineer’s stock)

  • Drive sales of service products for the OPTIME Service Contract.

  • Support to the sales team to enhance customer engagement and business growth

  • Collaborate with the Quality Controller to ensure the quality of performed on-site product inspections

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance of medical or precision equipment

  • Business-level English communication skills

  • Proven ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
