Hiring for Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)- Work From Home

Language: English + Tamil / Kannada / Telugu
Location: Pan India | Permanent Remote
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 in-hand + Avg ₹6,000 Incentives
Experience: Freshers & Experienced welcome
Industry: Real Estate / PropTech
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with paid customers

  • Understand requirements & assist with real estate services

  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely service

  • Address escalations and drive customer satisfaction & renewals

  • Maintain call records via CRM tools



Requirements

  • 10th/12th/grad/master can apply

    Comfortable with weekend shifts (Week off between Mon–Thu)
