JOB PURPOSE:

  • Lead the Sanex and Palmolive personal care brands to deliver all KPIs including net sales, share, and margin objectives in alignment with Divisional strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead Sanex and Palmolive Brand Growth Plans for the countries
  • Lead communication and partnership with European Division
  • Take responsibility for Communication plans  (Media, Digital & PR)
  • Help develop the strategy & the plans at local level, closely partnering with the Brand Team in Division and the Retail Marketing  teams in the Southern Europe Hub (Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece)
  • Closely track business results (both financials and market) and propose ideas to achieve KPIs

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
 
- Lead plans to Achieve Net sales, margin, profit and share targets for the Hub
- Co-lead preparation & alignment of mid-year business review & budget review process 
- Prepare monthly KPI performance review for category/sub-brand, and provide required information and analysis. Coordinate cross country market analysis and insights / information gathering. - - -- Communicate risks and opportunities to the Marketing Manager.
- Manage “Go To Market” process including collaboration with the central brand team in providing necessary country input for SEH.  Lead hub/country portfolio evolution, commercialisation process, demand planning, P&L creation and 5Ps launch.
- Manage the development of ‘path to purchase’ plans, specifically Media Planning/Briefing, Brand Activation, Digital plans, Sampling and PR. Incl post campaign analysis for specific sub-brand of responsibility
- Manage advertising budget, using key processes including Ebuy.
- Manage agencies to ensure proposals deliver to set objectives, KPIs and to budget
- Lead local adoption/translation of advertising materials from Division Brand Teams. Manage approval processes including central brand team/legal approvals, Clear Cast submissions for TVC, artwork and Shelf Ready Packaging. Be the brand guardian for in store campaigns 
- Manage product artwork and SKU development and approval processes across SEH 
- Own the development of an annual brand plan and ensure full stakeholder buy-in.
