Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Nesco Resource is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative located in Southington, CT. This is a temporary position lasting through the summer and fall.

Shift: Every Thursday 8AM-5PM with occasional days throughout the week if needed and available.

Pay: $18-$22/hour depending on experience

Job Summary: We're seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations. This role involves answering incoming calls, forwarding mail, and assisting with general customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Sort and forward incoming mail
• Provide general support to customers via phone or email
• Assist with basic office and administrative tasks as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
