Description

Job Purpose: 

 

To support the Quality Assurance Department by auditing, refining, and finalizing client entity blueprints to ensure accuracy and clarity for fulfillment-related services. This role involves reviewing initial drafts, collaborating with Advisors and Strategists for necessary clarifications, and reconstructing blueprints in Lucidchart for use by other company departments. Additionally, this position is responsible for updating and maintaining digital blueprints for existing clients as needed. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Blueprint Auditing and Development: 

  • Audit initial drafts of client entity blueprints submitted by Advisors and Strategists to ensure completeness and accuracy. 
  • Communicate efficiently with assigned Advisors/Strategists to clarify and obtain any necessary additional information. 
  • Reconstruct blueprints using Lucidchart, ensuring that they meet company standards for clarity, detail, and professional presentation.
  • Notify the client’s Service Team upon blueprint completion, enabling them to proceed with fulfillment of purchased services. 

 

Client Blueprint Maintenance: 

  •  Update digital blueprints for existing clients when additional entity formations or modifications are requested. 
  • Construct new digital blueprints for pre-existing clients who have not yet had one created. 

 

Training and Development: 

  • Provide training and support to new department members. 
  • Facilitate productive discussions and meetings to enhance team performance. 
  • Encourage continuous learning and development within the team.

 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Communicate effectively in a variety of settings, tailoring messages to the audience and situation. 
  • Build positive relationships with team members and other departments. 
  • Log detailed and clear notes for the client’s Service Team to ensure fulfillment processes align with client expectations and timelines.

  • Ensure department goals, deadlines, and performance standards are consistently met. 
  • Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of all Anderson products and services to better support clients.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying efficiencies in blueprint development and fulfillment workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in advisory services, customer experience, or financial services.. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus. 

 

Performance Metrics: 

  • Blueprint Accuracy and Completion: Ensuring timely and precise auditing and finalization of client blueprints. 
  • Turnaround of Lucidcharts for New Services: Speed and efficiency in completing digital blueprints for newly purchased services. 
  • Communication Effectiveness: Clarity and efficiency in interactions with Advisors, Strategists, and Service Teams. 
  • Team Collaboration: Effectiveness in working with and supporting team members.
