Operations Quality Assurance Administrator

Salary of up to £12,500 (£29,166 FTE)

Part time – 15 hours per week

Hybrid working - partly from either our Birmingham or Edinburgh office blended with home working

Open to remote working for the right candidate

The role…


Operating as part of a dynamic Operations Quality Assurance team, the post holder will work through a variety of projects to ensure the accuracy of our data and the efficiency of our processes are improved and maintained.


These projects will involve restoring data, ensuring it is accurately reflected in Succession Wealth’s systems, evaluating and developing current processes and assisting in ongoing quality assurance maintenance across the business.


This role would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, who enjoys data analysis and is excited about growing their career as part of a fast paced, expanding firm.


Key activities will include:


  • Processing data as directed by the Operations Quality Assurance Manager and highlighting any issues such as time constraints or system blockers.
  • Assisting in the identification and development of new processes and procedures to support improvements.
  • Working with the team for achievement of national client delivery service standards.
  • Attending and contributing to regular training and development team sessions including those on lessons learned from errors.
  • Escalating errors and breaches in line with the risk event reporting process and ensuring any corrections are made in a timely and accurate manner, seeking assistance from line manager or colleagues where necessary.
  • Daily management of own workflow to ensure deadlines are met in line with over all team strategy.

  • Highly numerate with good Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
