Gather and document business requirements (insight into stakeholders, applications and reports) by performing elicitation and coordination tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and manage project estimates and timelines for business analysis efforts.
Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis, including interdependencies.
Document current and future state solution definitions.
Lead requirement gathering sessions for the design and development of the application.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and test cases in coordination with business and technical teams.
Participate in technical solution discussions to enable sustained focus on business requirements.
Support project coordination activities to ensure effective communication and implementation outcomes.
Identify business and technical risks and issues associated with the implementation of outcomes.
Produce and manage business analysis documentation according to internal standards.
Completion of deliverables as per the Client Project Management Framework.
Specific deliverables to be completed will be determined with each project.
Participation in the resolution of post-implementation defects and change requests associated with the project in scope for the engagement.
Manage clarity project.
Mandate Requirements:
University Degree in either Business Administration or Information Technology OR An equivalent combination of a College diploma (related to Business Administration and/or IT) and experience may also be considered. Yes/No
5 Years of experience as a business analyst working in Information Technology projects. 5 years
Proposals that do not clearly demonstrate the capability to meet these mandatory requirements will be disqualified from further consideration.
Scored Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation & documentation for IT applications. 5 years
1 Year of experience as a PM working in Information Technology projects. 1 year
Proven experience performing business process/operational procedure analysis and definition for complex business transformation initiatives in a multi-entity organizational environment. 5 years
Demonstrated experience documenting and diagramming system/application processes and workflows in the application development. 5 years
Demonstrated experience working within a team environment where the candidate was called on to perform tasks in a mixture of collaborative and autonomous modes. 5 years
Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP. Yes/No
