Job Summary
JCS Solutions LLC (JCS) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations. The position involves ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating resources to achieve project and business goals. The Operations Manager will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration with leadership to support strategic planning and execution, managing vendor relationships and procurement processes, and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. The Operations Manager will serve as a principal liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.

What you will do:
The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
  • Supports the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level solutions for clients and proactively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to manage, cost, schedule and performance.
  • Interprets technical business requirements early in the process and leads discussions with various stakeholders, risk assessments of various project options, and presents recommendations
  • Communicates and establishes a plan for end-user creation and ongoing support needs.
  • Identifies customer needs and manages service delivery within the business context and customer requirements.
  • Leads cross-functional teams, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Manages finances and budgets and determines ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assesses customer feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Builds partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Communicates effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals, and work well within small and large team environments
  • Provides leadership and serves as the single point of accountability for all project(s) related matters including performance, cost, and schedule.
  • Leads and participates in special projects as required

What you will bring:
  • United States Citizenship is required 
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

How you will wow us:
  • Experience supporting federal organizations.
  • Prefer industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP and technology relevant certifications
  • Experience in all aspects of program management, technology and cybersecurity with a vast array of IT systems involving end-user as well as enterprise-level networks.
  • Requires strong analytical and organizational skills to include strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Deep technical experience working with modern languages and components, can comfortably navigate and decipher code.
  • Understanding of cloud and platform technologies (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with cyber security tools and practices, can interface directly with product teams to assign work/influence backlog for security needs
  • Ability to articulate security control-level concerns to both technical and non-technical audience
