Cascade Fence and Deck

Specializing in high-end outdoor living spaces since 1997, Cascade is looking to bring someone one to help us continue the growth! 2 1/2 years ago we opened the doors on our 2nd location (6 employees currently) and our goal is to grow and scale this location to match our Vancouver location (~50 employees) within the next handful of years. We are passionate about creating a company we all want to work for, and that guides everything we do! What does it look like
 

Phase 1 – Hands-on Leadership managing operations:

  • Manage day-to-day project execution
  • Coordinate schedules with crews, and subcontractors
  • Communicate directly with customers and manage expectations
  • Solve problems and keep projects moving smoothly
  • Support sales and help hit revenue targets

Phase 2 – Branch Management (as you prove yourself into the role):

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team
  • Handle hiring, firing, and team development
  • Manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Expand market share and drive growth
  • Maintain a healthy culture that people want to be part of

Compensation and Benefits
  • $80,000 – $140,000 DOE + growth potential
