WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The CRM Product Owner is responsible for managing and enhancing TruStone’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to ensure it aligns with business needs, supports customer engagement strategies, and drives growth. This role serves as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end-users, ensuring that the MRM platform supports TruStone’s strategy, mission, and vision. This position requires a strong leader who can collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including multiple departments and external vendors. The CRM Product Owner will work closely with the Microsoft Dynamics Developer and other stakeholders to define the CRM strategy and develop the product roadmap.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office; exempt.

WHAT WE OFFER:
The salary range for this position is $74,000 to $91,500 per year. In addition, we offer:
