Job Summary:


We are seeking a kind, reliable, and proactive personal assistant to support a senior woman living independently on Bainbridge Island. This is an ongoing role focused on helping her maintain a well-organized and comfortable home as she continues to enjoy time with family and travel.

The role includes a range of household responsibilities such as laundry, dishes, general tidying, home organization, plant care, running errands, coordinating routine maintenance, and light property management.

The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and highly organized. They are an excellent communicator who welcomes feedback, takes initiative, and brings a thoughtful, attentive approach to supporting others. This role is perfect for someone who values connection, consistency, and making a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life.


Hours: 15 hours per week. Ideal schedule for the client is Monday-Thursday. 


Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.


Location: Bainbridge Island. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live on Bainbridge Island or a close, surrounding area.


Start Date: ASAP


Role Description:

Your role will involve:

  • Performing household tasks such as laundry (folding/stowing/ironing), dishes, watering plants, and general tidying 
  • Assisting with special home projects and overseeing vendors, as needed
  • Possible errands such as groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, shopping/returns as needed
  • Ongoing household supervision when client travels
  • Assisting with pet care (one small dog)


Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
