Kustom US, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our corporate office team in Longwood, FL and support our daily operations.

• Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or meeting room.
• Managing Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
• Admin Duties: Provide administrative support to various departments including C-Suite executives, for scheduling, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
• Meeting Preparation: Assist with the setup and coordination of meetings, including preparing materials and arranging logistics.
• Data Entry: Input and update data in company databases and systems.
• Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling and managing calendars for executives and team members.
• General Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable.
• Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Sorting Mail: Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage and coordinate with vendors for deliveries, building maintenance 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Can work independently
• Assertive, takes initiative
• Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
