Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with national and international standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses across engineering projects to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor and enforce the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure safe work practices are followed.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with project teams to provide safety advice and ensure that safety measures are embedded into design, planning, and execution phases.
Organize and chair regular HSE committee meetings to discuss safety performance, incidents, and ongoing improvements, ensuring active participation from all relevant departments.
Provide training on QHSE policies and procedures to employees and contractors to promote a safety-first culture.
Maintain records of QHSE activities, including safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken.
Ensure compliance with local and international environmental laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE performance and provide recommendations for continual improvement.
Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring that the company remains up-to-date with changes in legislation.
Promote and facilitate the use of safe working practices, hazard identification, and risk management strategies.

Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Environmental or a related field.
Bachelor degree inScience Occupational Health and Safety
Experience of min. 3 working years, incl background of HSE Engineer.
Prior experience in Engineering/Mechanical company
Knowledge about Regulations and Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO:45001).
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, SAP/Axapta systems
Good working level of English & Vietnamese - speaking and writing
Service oriented, patient, and a team player
Safety conscious and of good moral character
Technically inclined with good problem-solving skills and commercial affinity
Ready to travel and work off-hours
