Maintenance Planner is responsible for the performance of the maintenance (including scheduled turnaround event) and reliability programs with the objectives of achieving continual gas supply to the customer, leveraging organizational capabilities in response to business needs of our customers while maintaining company business objectives and ensuring that at all levels the safety standards are strictly adhered, to achieve the Company’s safety objective and targets.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Promote a strong safety culture and actively participate in safety meetings. Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations with environmental preservation.

  • Responsible for turnaround project management by plan, execute, and close turnarounds, including tracking daily progress, ensuring timely equipment handover, managing spare parts, and overseeing budgets.

  • Participate in maintenance maturity assessments and execute maintenance and reliability programs in line with strategic directives. Lead projects to improve maintenance management tools and maintain Maximo data.

  • Manage the inventory system, standardize processes for primary production, and guarantee the availability of critical spare-parts. Act as the primary production representative for inventory approvals, collaborate with maintenance on stock visibility, monitor warehouse KPI performance, and ensure accurate Oracle/WMS transactions.

  • Engage in industrial management system (IMS) reviews and ensure maintenance and reliability programs comply with IMS practices and the Maintenance Strategy Team's guidelines. Participate in relevant audits.

  • Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  • Provide training to subordinates, complete all scheduled LMS training, and comply with all legal requirements.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.

  • Possesses minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, including corrective and preventive planning, ideally with CMMS proficiency.

  • Demonstrated site experience in maintenance planning.

  • Familiarity with process equipment, technology, and regulatory requirements for maintenance, testing, and inspection.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Turnaround planning experience is a plus.
