Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team in achieving their targets. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes by providing administrative and operational support, managing customer orders, preparing reports, submitting new customer credit applications, and facilitating cross-functional communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the system.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate invoicing.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, delivering prompt and accurate information.
  4. Track and follow up on sales orders, shipping status, and delivery timelines.
  5. Support account managers with client onboarding, including submitting credit applications in Salesforce and assisting with post-sale activities.
  6. Prepare sales presentations, reports, and other materials as needed to support the sales team.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  7. High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and process.
