• Manage course funding, setup and operations from enquiries to enrolment and payment processing (eg. attendance and assessment status update) in Skills Training and Enhancement Portal (STEP) and resolve administrative issues highlighted by applicants and participants.
• Manage SkillsFuture Credit payout, financial reconciliation reports and payment to programme and platform partners on agreed regular basis.
• Manage free workshop training hours dashboard and ensure schools update workshop/seminar training hours achieved regularly to meet KPI target.
• Market relevant or new programme to existing customers or work with Customer Engagement team to reach new customers for emerging and strategic programme.
• Assist in business development with corporate enquiries for TSA courses.
• Analyse data and propose recommendations based on data insights.
[What we are looking for]
• Qualifications in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years of working experience in programme administration, project coordination, business development, or a related role. Familiarity with government-funded programmes (e.g. SkillsFuture Credit, course funding schemes) and use of STEP will be a plus.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and working with external partners or vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects within timelines, preferably in training, or e-learning environments.
• Skilled in MS Office applications. Some experience of using of Gen AI productivity tool will be a plus.
• Customer-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle financial reports and data reconciliation.
• Able to plan and execute effective marketing strategies is a plus.
• Interest in business development and evaluating partnership opportunities.
