Your Impact
As a Network Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our global network operations—designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge WAN, SD-WAN, and LAN solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead complex projects, and ensure our network infrastructure is secure, scalable, and high-performing.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and troubleshoot WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and WLAN environments, including routers and network hardware.
Apply your expertise in protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, GRE, IPSEC, MPLS, STP, HSRP, OMP, NAT, and VPN.
Define hardware requirements and support project proposals from concept to deployment.
Execute daily service requests and contribute to large-scale network refresh and expansion projects.
Conduct site assessments and performance analysis to ensure optimal network capacity.
Identify and implement opportunities for performance and functionality improvements.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline network operations.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and best practices.
Act as a technical SME, providing consulting support and strategic guidance to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assess and enhance network security.
Mentor Network Operations teams and enhance operational playbooks.
Troubleshoot complex network issues, analyze WAN traffic, and manage vendor relationships for circuit provisioning and testing.
What You Bring
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and resolve critical incidents under pressure.
Strong foundation in network security, routing, switching, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, OMP) and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications.
Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCSE, CCIE (active certifications preferred).
Experience: 4+ years in network engineering, ideally in multinational environments with 5000+ users.
Bonus: Multilingual skills and experience in regulated or healthcare industries.
Preferred Technical Experience
Enterprise-scale routing and switching, MPLS/VPN, SD-WAN, WLAN, Cisco ISE, and identity/authentication solutions.
Security infrastructure: Intrusion Prevention, Firewalls, Cloud Security (Zscaler), Cisco ASA, Check Point.
Load balancing and WAN optimization: Citrix NetScaler, F5 (GTM/LTM), Riverbed.
Cisco ACI, Cisco Wireless, API-based automation, and monitoring tools (Splunk, ServiceNow, NetBrain, LogicMonitor, LiveAction).
Remote access technologies: Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler ZPA.
Tools and platforms: Infoblox, Tufin, Viptela SD-WAN, VManage.
