\nPosition Overview:
\nWe’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team! In this role, you’ll support the FP&A Manager and collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to drive revenue growth and margin optimization. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial and commercial data, developing and managing budgets and forecasts, and delivering actionable reporting to inform strategic decisions. \nKey Responsibilities:
\nConduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions, including process discovery, business case creation, and reporting.
\nAnalyze financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
\nServe as a trusted advisor to business partners, offering support, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and addressing business needs.
\nDevelop, maintain, and disseminate financial report packages to business leaders, and analyze financial reports to identify issues and propose solutions.
\nSupport budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality budgets and accurate financial predictions.
\nIdentify financial risks and opportunities, providing explanations and recommendations to address budget variances and support business growth.
\nDrive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancements in financial systems and reporting.
\nSupport the enhancement of internal financial systems (ERP, EPM, and BI tools) to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
\nSupport S&OP calls with financial analysis, performance tracking, budget guidance, and cross-functional alignment.
\nContribute to projects aligned with the strategic plan roadmap through financial insights.
\nCreate clear, well-defined presentations of financial analysis for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-financial audiences.
