About the Role:
Serve as the first line of support for Salesforce user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Order Management.
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including user and security management, data management, and configuration updates.
Administer key Service Cloud features such as case management, omni-channel routing, and knowledge base tools.
Facilitate Salesforce Order Management workflows, including order capture, fulfillment, and tracking.
Use SOSQL and Data Loader to perform data analysis and data updates as needed.
About You:
3–5 years of Salesforce administration or support experience, especially with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Order Management.
Proficient in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for platform issues.
Familiarity with Marketing Development Funds (MDF), rebates, and Salesforce Partner Portals is desirable.
Comfortable using tools like SOSQL and Data Loader for data analysis and updates.
