Job Title – Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

●Creating reports in Power BI, Excel, and, potentially, other systems

●Adapting existing reports

●Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI closing (Material Productivity, Average weighted Payment Terms, Supplier On Time Delivery, etc.)

●Ad-hoc reporting and analysis support for Supply Chain colleagues

●Providing mass data analysis

●Analyzing data and providing initial comments on performance

●Initiating and participating in continuous improvement projects

●Harmonization and optimization of master data quality to improve KPI quality

Skills and Experience

●Technical Expertise

○Sound understanding of SAP systems (S4 HANA and R3)

○Experience with Databricks and PowerBI

○Knowledge of data technologies (e.g., SQL, data modeling, data analysis)

●Analytics

○Ability to analyze mass data/ KPIs and translate results of analysis into improvement measures

○Strong understanding of purchasing and procurement processes

●Communication and Collaboration

○Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

○Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems

○Strong team player

○Ability to work independently with a very strong sense of quality and accuracy
