Helps plan and coordinate projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist and support Infrastructure team to communicate with PM, stakeholders:

1.  Invoice Checking and payment settlements.

  • Check the monthly bill from vendors
  • Prepare the documents for payments settlement.
  • Track status of payments and communicate with vendor

2. Budget and expense analysis.

  • Categorize each payment and match up with the budget
  • Prepare monthly financial report
  • Prepare for Annual Budget Adjustment

3. Infra License Management 

  • License Renewal Documentation
  • Software License Inventory Documentation 

Communication Requirements:

Internal (70%)

  • Support communication with project teams, PM, infrastructure team in the project

     

External (30%)

  • Support communication with service providers, not limited to Kyndryl, BT
  • Support requests from related stake holders
  • Periodically meeting with key project owners to get feedback on deliveries

Most challenging type of communication – Collaborate/ co-work with different service providers to ensure task is delivered on time.
